We partnered with the New York City municipal government to connect with the Big Apple’s eclectic constituents on the issues they care about.
The Manhattan Borough President’s Office is the only elected office charged with oversight of the Borough of Manhattan in New York City. The office’s numerous duties include reviewing land-use projects, advocating for local needs in the budget process, appointing local officials, and acting as the primary advocate for Manhattan to the mayor, the City Council, and the state government.
We partnered with Mark Levine and his office’s staff shortly after they took office to develop a robust and flexible visual identity to modernize their appearance and match their friendly, innovative approach to local politics.

Our work included a primary brand for the office that features both formal and informal lockups for different use cases, a new website to facilitate constituent needs that includes a community-sourced events calendar, an icon set for their policy initiatives, and brand guidelines.
